- Injection of time-tracking buttons into certain platforms (e.g., Jira, Trello, GitHub) to facilitate seamless task management

- Analytics: To generate efficiency reports and statistics for employers/administrators.

- Customers/Admins: We retain your information as long as your account is active.
- Time-Tracked Data (Screenshots, Logs, etc.): Data is retained for as long as your company (the employer/administrator) decides. Administrators have full control to delete this data at any time.
8.2 Inactive Accounts
- If an account remains inactive for a period of three (3) months, we reserve the right to delete all associated data from our servers to maintain data hygiene and security.
9. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
9.1 Access, Rectification, and Deletion
- You can access, update, or delete your personal information (including user accounts) through our portal or by contacting us directly at [support@clockboost.com].
- Employees/Contractors can also manage or delete their accounts through the desktop app.
9.2 Opt Out of Certain Data Collection
- You may choose to opt out of screenshot collection if your employer/administrator has enabled that option.
- Other data points like keystroke counts, mouse movements, URLs, and app usage are necessary for our productivity analytics and cannot be fully opted out of if you wish to continue using the Services.

If you access the Services from outside the data center regions where we operate, your information may be transferred across international borders. We take steps to ensure such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws, such as entering into Standard Contractual Clauses (where applicable).
